What you will be doing:
As the Director of FP&A, you will be a key strategic partner to our CEO and Finance Operations Lead, providing financial insight that informs decision-making across the business. You’ll lead financial planning and analysis across our group entities, helping shape our strategy and ensuring we remain on track to meet our growth goals.
This is a hands-on and high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and enjoys balancing strategic input with operational execution.
Day to day you will:
Strategic Business Partnering:
Work closely with the CEO, Finance Operations Lead, and wider Commercial & Finance Team to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
Provide data-driven financial insights to inform growth, investment, and operational priorities.
Partner with teams across Commercial, Operations, Product, and EU markets to align financial plans with business objectives.
Financial Planning & Forecasting:
Own and lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across the group (UK and EU entities).
Build robust financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Drive accountability for financial performance through accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
Performance Reporting & Insight:
Prepare monthly management reports and Board decks, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and enhance KPIs and dashboards to increase visibility of performance across the business.
Analyse revenue drivers, margins, and unit economics to guide decision-making on pricing, resource allocation, and growth.
Process, Systems & Efficiency:
Improve and streamline financial systems, processes, and planning tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Finance and BI teams to strengthen data quality and reporting capabilities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to help scale financial processes as the business grows.
Cash Flow Planning
Support group cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and scenario modelling.
Provide forward-looking financial analysis to support risk management and strategic decisions.
Ideally you will have:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 6+ years’ FP&A experience, ideally within a high-growth, fintech, or technology-led environment.
Commercial and strategic thinker, confident working with senior leadership and influencing decisions.
Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience using NetSuite for financial reporting and analysis.
Experience with BI or planning tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI,) is advantageous.
Excellent understanding of financial statements, metrics, and business performance drivers.
Exceptional communicator with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.

£85,000 - £100,000 (DOE)

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
