What you will be doing:
Working within the Accounting & Finance team to provide key insights and accurate reporting used to drive decision making across the business.
Day to day you will:
Managing accounting for all group entities
Preparing monthly reports with variance analysis
Balance sheet reconciliations and leading on accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly payroll for all entities
Build upon monthly processes to increase automation and efficiency
Coordinating with the Group Financial Controller to continually improve reporting and gain greater business insights
Manage group cash flow and forecasting
Manage banking functions for UK and Europe
Requirements:
Must have knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Must have knowledge of Netsuite
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
The ability to think critically and solve problems
Studying/Part Qualified/Newly Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
Ideally you will have:
Have an analytical approach to work
Have problem-solving skills and initiative
Show strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
Be a great communicator and team player
Eager to learn and develop professionally and personally
Comfortable working in a fast-changing business
What we are offering:

- ££50,000 to £60,000 p.a
- Participation in the employee share option plan (subject to the prevailing company policy at the time)

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
